After placing your order, JazzyStuff.com will promptly email you to confirm receipt of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within fifteen days of receiving the product, by email or telephone, and we will exchange or refund the purchase amount.

Email us at info@jazzystuff.com or call us at 504.616.4860 and state the reason for your dissatisfaction and the item number of the product.

Please repack the item in its original box and ship to the return address on your package. You must notify us before sending back the item to receive credit.

We do not refund or pay for shipping charges for unwanted merchandise.

When sending back posters and fine art prints, use extreme caution when rolling and inserting in the original tube. The image side must not be against the tube. Use tissue paper between tube and poster. We will not reimburse full amount if posters are damaged by the customer.

Your receipt is the order confirmation that we send to you via email. Please print the receipt and save for items that are under warranty.

Limited productions and handmade items may have slight variations from the item displayed. Originals and one-of-a-kind artwork will be available to only one customer. The artist may choose to create a similar piece as the original, but it may take up to eight weeks for delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified of the delay.

In some cases, orders may originate from several locations and will ship USPS or UPS. If multiple items are ordered that originate from 1 location, a partial shipping credit will be issued to the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and size of the item. You can expect to receive your order within two weeks of ordering. If you need an international delivery, faster delivery, or wish to inquire about lower shipping rates for multiple orders from a single artist going to the same destination, then email support@jazzystuff.com.

If your purchase is a gift, you may compose a custom message that will be sent with your gifts under the “comments” section of the order form.
