JazzyStuff.com presents Martin Melton

Martin Melton is a 20-year
resident of New Orleans with a life-long interest in photography. That interest became dormant during and following law school until a few years ago, when Martin'swife, Judy, gave him a new camera. Learning to use the new equipment re-awakened his interest in photography as a demanding craft, and in
photographs as art. Since then, he has exhibited and sold his work.

Working primarily in black and white, Martin tries to avoid the usual. Reflecting that aim, the previous pages have several images of streetcars, but none of the cars traveling under the oaks on St. Charles Avenue.
