Bru Bruser is a New Orleans photographer who, like his subjects, has a talent for music. He plays bass in a jazz band creatively titled the Hi-Life Rescue Dance Band, and are celebrating the release of their first CD.

He studied photography at LSU and has had quite a following since moving to New Orleans.

He has displayed his work at the Louisiana Music Factory and CC's Coffee House in New Orleans, as well as the Oculus Gallery in Baton Rouge.
